Only one month away from our first HPDE event of the year Spring Training – May 4th and 5th
On-Site Tires will be hosting our Saturday night dinner. Chris Macarak of On-Site plans to “smoke over 100 pounds of pork shoulder, provide homemade buttermilk coleslaw and smoked charro beans”. He also plans on providing a beer truck filled with all your favorite libations.
This event is an opportunity to support a very worthy charity. In memory of our departed member, Joe Warren, we will be donating to the ALS Association: www.als.org. It is a worthy cause!
