Aug 15th Autocross

When:  Saturday August 15, 2020

                Gates open at 8:30am, track walk at 9:30am, 10:00am Drivers Meeting

                First runs- 11:00am, finish about 4:30pm

Where:  Front Range Airport – east tarmac area

Take I-70 East to exit 299 – Manila Road, turn north (left)

Cross over Rt. 36, (E. Colfax Ave), take first right after RR tracks, this is E. 30th Ave.

Follow this to the site, which will be on your left, near old control tower.

What:  Timed runs around a course of orange traffic cones

Cost:  $45/person

This will be an on-line, pre-registration event ONLY!    Register here: pcarockymtn.motorsportreg.com. You MUST sign up on-line in MotorSportsReg.com to attend (information on MSReg).

You MUST download and use the SpeedWaiver application on a smart phone to attend.  

It MUST be completed before you come to the event.   Bring your smart phone with you to show your SpeedWaiver credentials at check-in.

NO walk-ups on the day of the event.  

NO in car instruction offered, due to social distancing requirements. 

NO loaner helmets available

NO junior drivers under age 18 allowed

NO lunch provided, bring your own food

NO coffee or bagels in the morning

Bring your own hand sanitizer and masks.  

MASKS are required whenever you do not have a helmet on in your car!

 Stay home if feeling ill or if you have been exposed to anybody with Covid in the past two weeks.

This event will be limited to 50 participants.  RMR and AMR PCA members will be given first priority until August 7th.   If the event is not full by this date, non-members will be allowed to register.    Registration closes midnight 8/12/2020

Dear members,

COVID-19, the novel corona virus, has become the forefront of immediate health concerns.  The RMR Board has been following and discussing these issues on a frequent basis.  We understand that members have concerns. In all things we do, we consider first and foremost the health and safety of our members, volunteers, and sponsors.  As we begin to host events again, we ask that everyone follow the guidelines below to help keep themselves and fellow members safe.

Social distancing is key when gathering for the event.  Please maintain a distance of 6 feet from friends and staff whenever possible.
Face coverings are most essential in times when social distancing is difficult.  Face coverings are meant to protect those around you in case you are unknowingly infected.  We are requiring that masks be worn at all times unless maintaining at least six feet of distance, or when eating, drinking or driving.
Avoid handshakes, fist bumps, and other forms of physical contact.  When appropriate, use hand sanitizer or wash your hands and avoid touching your face.
Following these guidelines will help to lower the risk of exposure and spread of COVID-19, and will facilitate our ability to host more events in the future.
