The summertime was when arena concerts were the place to be. We were in college or still too young to know better. Now many of us are old farts and we should know better but we don’t so we still love our Rock & Roll and getting out in the summer sun. And we love our fast cars!

This is your chance to Roll your fast car legally to really high speeds, all with as much tutoring, camaraderie and refreshment as you can stand. You will also get to Rock to your favorite bands (recordings, of course, since many of those guys are dead) while relaxing in the new pavilion. Here are the details:

Some key things to keep in mind about the June DE:

  • This will be one of only two timed RMR-PCA DEs for this season
  • Colorado weather is excellent in late June
  • High Plains Raceway (HPR) is a new track near Denver with legendary terrain and layout. It also has world class safety features. Click here to learn more about HPR: http://highplainsraceway.com
  • HPR is big and there is plenty of room to learn your best turn-ins, apexes and shift points
  • You will receive instruction and support from seasoned and caring instructors
  • Driver’s fees have not been increased and are still very reasonable:
Either day: Driver: $175 – Co-driver add $150 (one car)
Both days: Driver $250 – Co-driver add $225 (one car)
  • Beer:30 is a must-do cocktail party and the place to be after a hard day of high performance driving. There will be plenty of time to share lies about your exploits on the track. Our host will be the Porsche Breakfast Club.
  • RV Camping is available at the track with reservations at this link: http://highplainsraceway.com/rv-reservations.html
  • Our last RMR-PCA DE in April sold out well before the deadline so be sure to register as soon as you can! Don’t miss out.
  • Gates open at 6 AM, mandatory all drivers’ meeting at 8 AM, first-time DE drivers’ meeting (including first time to HPR) at 8:30 AM.

Pre-Tech: We highly recommend you pre-tech your car, in order to have time to address any issues that may be found; if problems are found on your car at track tech you may be turned away from the event, so don’t let this happen to you. Pre-tech is free at participating shops, and will take place on Wednesday June 9th.
